friendly staff early check-in great stay
The staff provided excellent customer service. The front desk allowed an early check-in. This helped getting ready for an event. The bar staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a GREAT stay.

superb location complimentary hot chocolate wide selection daily room service
The location was superb for accessing key attractions. I appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate and chamomile tea. The TV offered a wide selection of Sky channels, a great way to relax. Staff members were cute and helpful, and the daily room service maintained everything beautifully with fresh tea, coffee, and bottled water.
The air conditioning was a little noisy at times but not too bad

The room was well-appointed and very clean and included fresh towels daily I found the bed very comfortable ensuring restful nights I appreciated the practical layout.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel I found many local cafes nearby each offered varied menus and early opening times which supported my early starts each day during my city break.

The staff were consistently friendly helpful and attentive and addressed every request quickly and efficiently I found this level of service added positively to my visit. I was always greeted with a smile.

The hotel provided reliable wifi connectivity throughout my stay this allowed seamless remote working when required I also used the luggage storage facilities post checkout which was convenient as my flight was later in the day.

the location was convenient for my plans and i had easy access to transportation. it had everything i needed for one short stay at reasonable price. the room was modern with a quality tv.
the room was very small and there was limited storage for luggage. air conditioning sounded loud, so i couldn't sleep well. it was too hot when i turned it off.

the room included a flat-screen television with multiple channels. there were also complimentary toiletries available, that included shampoo and soap. the bathroom featured a modern design with efficient lighting.

the hotel has a coffee shop downstairs for drinks and snacks. i got coffee there. a continental breakfast included pastries, cereal, and juice, but i didn't try that.

The staff were very helpful upon my arrival. The room was clean. It was perfect as a one night stopover. The location was very convenient.

satisfactory location, some issues
clean room good service essential item small room limited space hard bed
i liked that my room had all the essentials and was very clean. staff service was good. the hotel location is very good. many pubs and restaurants are around the area to drink and eat at.
when people said room are small, they should say really small. you can't move two persons in the room. we had to place the lugages on the bed down. sleeping was hard with three of us on the bed.

The reception staff were friendly. They assisted with luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. The location is near notable architecture. Free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were available in the room.
The air conditioning was a bit tricky. It alternated between too cold and too hot.
